Located on the edge of the Peak District, in the beautiful spa town of Buxton, our salon offers a huge range of nail and beauty treatments, expanded across two floors themed with your relaxation in mind. Our services are delivered professionally by our experienced and friendly Beauty Therapists. Whether it’s your regular self-care, or you’re indulging for a special occasion, we can cater to your beauty needs.

Our team regularly attends training courses to keep up to date with existing treatments and be able to offer new ones. We offer a wide variety of treatments such as permanent makeup, henna brows, gel and acrylic nails, LVL, waxing, massage and so much more. All of our services are done with the top brands in beauty, including Bio-Sculpture, CND, Nouveau, Ark, Australian Bodycare, St. Tropez and Supercillium.

OWNER & BEAUTY THERAPIST

I’ve been in the industry for 20 years now, and have seen Lasting Impressions grow from its humble beginnings when I used to work out of one room at 46 High Street (Buxton). I want everyone who visits us to have a great experience, and work hard to create a relaxed, friendly and professional atmosphere.

I specialise in; permanent makeup, gel and acrylic nails, manicures and pedicures, facials, tanning, ear piercing, waxing, tinting and henna brows.

LEVEL 3 BEAUTY THERAPIST

I started working at Lasting Impressions 12 years ago, and have spent my time training and improving my knowledge to be able to offer a wide range of treatments to our wonderful clients. When I’m not in the salon, I like to spend time with my loved ones. I am very family orientated and like to help people feel at home when they visit the salon.

I specialise in; bio sculpture gel nails, St Tropez tanning, shellac nails, LVL last lift and henna brows.

I’ve worked on the desk at Lasting Impressions for the past 5 years, and have loved meeting all of our clients. I always do my best to make you feel welcomed and comfortable, greeting everyone with a smile and nice warm drink.

I am currently training to receive my NVQ Level 2 qualification in Beauty Therapy. I have always been intrigued by the beauty industry as a child and even had my own ‘salon’ in my room! Now, I think it’s a great business to get into as it is needed and is always growing. My favourite beauty treatments include manicures, eyebrows, eyelashes and facials.
